My son got out of the Army a few years ago. He was a 19D Cav Scout.
I ask him about anti tank missiles and tanks being venerable. He said they were working on missile defense for the m1a2.
It shot chaff up in the air and detenated the missiles well away from the turret or sides. There was another defense system for another type missile which I forgot how he said it worked.
Maybe someone has more information on these defense systems, and if they are now implemented or still testing.

Russia is already making war robots based on sci-fi movies.

They introduced that thing in 2018 ... looks a lot like the huge robot in Robocop.
It's only missing guns but it's made by the Kalashnikov Group ... they make small arms and robot, so I'm sure they can combine the two.

I can't remember the name, but I watched a sci-fi where the "hero" had to deactivate a android, and he yelled at the company for NOT putting in a F'N OFF SWITCH.

Saw this the other day.....maybe to get the Capital and North Ukraine to send troops to the South and East....then counter strike. Can't trust them Russians. Also seen been 31 days and pretty much nothing Biden has promised has got to Ukraine. Ex General Keane said Biden playing the insane game of wanting Putin to win so he doesn't get anymore upset....its the Biden mindset not to provoke Putin, and getting what Ukraine need to win is provoking Putin. The media says Russia is getting defeated in Ukraine,that it is really just a paper bear,even US intelligence now saying they over estimated Russian abilities(nothing to be afraid of).

The media also says Russia is a threat to all of Europe and democracy,something we should all fear as Russia could take over much of Europe and try to restore the soviet union(be afraid says the media).

I think those to things are likely causing loads of human brains into cognitive dissonance. Both can not be reality.

The money/trade war is another matter. Russia is clearly winning that one. The Ruble is higher than it was before the invasion now vs the Euro and US dollar.
