I watched this earlier. I think I'll throw my primary vote behind him since it's pretty clear Trump will be a safe winner anyway.
This guy is absolutely getting down to brass tacks and understanding the broader consequences of actions down the line. I don't think I've heard anyone else that is remotely on the same level of understanding geopolitics and foreign policy.
It'll be a good test of someone that's knocking it out of the park on policy, but may not have the curb appeal. The brain on this guy is a
I was told on INGO that was the lack of ability to get along with others…It's clear to me he recognizes that he won't have support from Congress, and isn't planning on it.
Great take. I agree with all you typed. I have a few points of policy disagreements with Swamy, but they're so far down on my list they are not road blocks for me. Plus the issues high on my list Swamy is addressing very well. This guy doesn't poll test before he gives his opinion, he doesn't need speech writers to articulate his views, he drips with what appears to be authenticity, so far he seems to be the real deal. He's blunt without being offensive, he answers every question asked and when pressed he's always prepared to offer specifics. It's both refreshing and inspiring compared to the other also-ran candidates.I am rapidly coming to the same conclusion as @Tombs
Having listened to the Tucker Carlson interview, and now most of the Shawn Ryan interview I am hearing clear actionable plans based upon the law and fundamental constitutional concepts. Mind blowingly refreshing for a candidate from either party.
The fact he knows there will be lawsuits, but that he also recognizes the opportunity the current court provides is further evidence of his strategic and tactical thinking.
It's clear to me he recognizes that he won't have support from Congress, and isn't planning on it. Rather, his approach appears to be to go in and break many things In the first year. Then work with Congress to start making corrections on what is left of the administrative state in subsequent years. Sounds like a good plan to me, and what I had hoped Trump would do but didn't.
I also suspect that his plan might well result in some much needed congressional turn over as the vermin begin to scurry away from the light.
Frankly, he aligns quite well with my thoughts, and he is the only candidate I've listened to so far which I think can correct what Trump exposed.
I can't really see him getting the nomination. But if so, I think he'd secure all R's, very few D's, and probably the majority of of I's. I think the young voters would also be his. So I guess my answer is yes, if voting were actually secure and honest. Alas, I really doubt he'll get the nomination. He's an outsider (establishment hates outsiders), he's an R (D's would rather elect a stroke victim with brain damage than vote for an R), he's America First in his positions (business' hate AF). So I'm thinking he has one hell of a headwind to gain the nomination. The question I have though, is he electable in a general election?
Step aside DeSantis. Coming thru.
Doug in Exhile ripping Ramaswampy big time. Soros brother is funding him, and Ramaswampy with his money got that info takin down. Plus he’s a polytheistic, and not being honest about that. But Doug says he is brilliant. And will win the debate but don’t let him fool you.
I know only a little about Swamy's association with Soros/WEF, and I'd like to hear more about what exactly his business' have been with miscellaneous globalists org types. As now, I'm of the opinion that there is no there-there. He did ask for his info to be changed on Wiki. But every politcian of every type manipulates their bio to some degree so this issue doesn't make him unique. And as I read it, the globalists didn't want to allow him to be disassociated and (it's a big and) he sued WEF accusing them of falsely claiming he rec'd an award that he declined. Swamy then brought receipts showing WEF appologizing to him, in writing, for the "mistake".Soros brother is funding him, and Ramaswampy with his money got that info takin down
Worships multiple Gods? IDK anything about that but at least he has some faith. Didn't the Dems at one point actually add to their official policy charter a written rejection of allPlus he’s a polytheistic, and not being honest about that.
Doug is right. But Doug says he is brilliant.
Has Doug claimed he likes Trump and thus he's a Trumper? Or does Doug just dislike Swamy? It's cute how Trumpers try to imitate his juvenile mannerisms.
