So...if any of you slackers find a great deal on something in OhiO, maybe I can pick it up. I'm generally in the Cleveland area, but I've been down around Cincinnatti,
There’s a smaller chain restaurant in Ohio called hooley house, fantastic food. Several in the Cleveland area and a could more throughout the state last I knew.

..... formerly near the Wild Turkey
I've raised my prices nearly 30% this year. No choice. As an example my ATF costs went from $560 for a 100 gallons to $1440 since the beginning of the year.

And don't get me started on the lack of parts availability

My material costs are up about 50%, when I can get it. First paper shortages in 37 years, if that's any indication of where we're at.

Well the HVAC guys didn't make it out to the house. Guess I have to wait another day to put in the counter offer. Oh well, such is life.

Went food shopping. Skipped the cookies, pies, cakes, ice cream.

Bought a watermelon and some bananas.

I ate a banana earlier to day.

I don't feel like the watermelon right now.

I'm wishing for ANYTHING that I DIDN'T pick up.
    Ugh.
    But did you poo?

And poo jokes aren’t my favorite jokes. But they are a firm #2.

    ah
When you hear of a multi million $ screw up at work, and you don't have to worry, or care.

    :)

Seriously, 5 or so phone calls in 2 days. And I can smile I'm not part of it.

Surely you can share since you do not work there.

    Cobble?

A facility was damaged. Lost around 3 entire days of production. Structural damage also done, so it's not just swapping parts.
    Alarms were ignored.
    Fingers are being pointed.
    People going through DVR recordings.

I forget if they said $5 million or $15 million damages, not including the loss of production.

Oh don't get jedi started on paper!
    Ya are eeeevvviiillll!!!

We ordered the same security envelopes we have ordered for years.
A white envelope with thr black hashlines inside and a window to show the address.

Reorder #1 a sample of 500. The envelope is now seethru!!
    Same make, model of envelope.

Reorder #2 a sample of 500 using the heaviest white envelope. Still see thru!

The paper being used is now thinner!!!

So reorder #3 a sample of 500 in cardboard yellow. That finally did the trick.

So we place the large order and are told 6 months. :faint:
