Lockheed owns it. It's part of the Skunk Works.

Is this it? Info at that site says:

    "Ownership: Publicly-owned".

I've met Marvin in the real, and while he's not young, I wouldn't say old either. Since he's around my age, I'd call it properly seasoned. Now others of us, whom I've also met in the real, are ooooold !! I won't mention any names, TOM.

    . :stickpoke:
Marvin is older than you or me.

Wife, son and I spent a couple of hours over at the 4th of July festivaI in Highland this evening. They had a really good crowd there for the Santana tribute band. It's was nice to hang out, have some beers and listen to music. I love the food concessions and had some Italian sausage from Big Frank's. After growing accustomed to the heat and humidity of the past few days, we actually got a little cold out there in the north wind. Will probably go back again this weekend.

It's beautiful out, or to quote CTC, it's fkn beautiful out.

It has been a very very long day, preceded by a very long night. I'm beat. I can finally get some rest now.

Before I got in the truck to head home this morning(technically yesterday now) I set my thermostat down to 68 so I'd be walking into a cool house. It was so humid already at 8 in the morning that when I got there that all the windows were fogged up to the point they were translucent.
You dont need to get it to 68 to be cool.
You want to be able to control the humidty.

Set the humidty to 30% and you can have the temp at 78 and it wont feel hot/stuff/sticky in the house.

The lower the humidty the higher the temp inside you can have. Dont go under 30% as the you run into dryness issues with the house materials.

Dont allow your house to go over 55% humidity as then you run into mold issues and the long centipede bug issues.

They're now "advising" people to set to 78 when they are not home.
The dept of angry advises leave AC off when you are not home.

Only turn on when you are. You actually waste more energy trying to keep the house at a set point say 72 then just using the ac when u r indeed home.
