I unhooked my hoses and picked my tomatoes. If I have time today, I might just go ahead and cut my petunias down that are in the planters in front.

I've already had to pick up leaves twice. The dry caused a bunch to fall and then the wind yesterday had me out last night until after dark. So far it's been 7 loads in the cyclone rake since Sunday.

I have cotton woods all around, I raked 1/2 the yard yesterday and it looks like I did nothing.

I just ordered a refurb Ryobi 40v blower, it will arrive Saturday, I may put it off till Monday.

Plus they have seen a 40% attendance drop and an increase in F grades as well. They keep that up and they can kiss their federal funding bye bye.

Need a contractor for a bathroom remodel in a mobile home in Crown Point. Why do contactors suck? Why would you come out to do and estimate and never respond after?

What year is the mobile home?

Were they a mobile home contractor or a general contractor?

Could be the job was "too small" for them.
Or they got busy with other jobs and not need anymore work.

OK, I was just wondering. As a carpenter that built houses from Ticky Tac up to a million, I avoid working on mobile homes...

Except my own. And I don't like that.

Essentially, I need the shower pan and walls replaced, plumbing changed for it. Washer water valves replaced. New vanity installed and plumbed (i will provide - as it is being custom built) Popcorn ceiling removed and a repaint all walls and ceiling in between. (I have a painter on tap for that already) So it's a 2 day job for the installer. Come demo the room, then i'll have the painter come it and do his thing, then come back a few days later and do the installs. I mean at worst there will be some flooring that probably needs replaced under the shower?
