Commuters going to/from work are exempt

Students going to/from school are exempt

So... 95% of the people are exempt

I bought one of those charger packs that runs on AA batteries. I never understood the charger packs that you have to charge. If I remembered to charge the charger, I'd remember to charge my damn phone.

The point of a charger pack is to have a source of power if you run the phone down during the day and leaving it on the wall would be inconvenient or not possible and a decent one will have enough juice to charge multiple devices from dead

I understand the point. I would just rather have a backup plan that is not dependant upon being charged ahead of time.
