Nice light show in Northern Hobart. Unfortunately it's made me go inside. Was enjoying the warmth. Light drizzle right now, but looking like gonna be a massive downpour anytime now

People can be such a..ho...
The neighbor 2 houses away has 2 big dogs.
Jedi does not care for those dogs as they bark all night, have torn up that backyard they are in, have damaged the fence that divides them from jedi and have gotten out 3 times this year pooping all over the front yards of all of us, causing general chaos. Bad dogs! But bad dogs because the owners have never trained them, never done anything for them.

In any case it's raining, now hailing and there is thunder and those poor dogs are running and barking trying to find some form of shelter in that yard. There is none really.

As...ho... humans!!! At least put them in the garage for the night.

Beautiful day down here. The whole house got out for a bit. Hiked some trails through the ruins of an old town, saw one other group we never got within twenty yards of, and then hit a drive through for dinner. No weather at all yet this evening.

One of the finds, a piece of a Tiffany brick, from Momence, IL in the 1800s. Left at the scene.

Storm rolled thru quickly and now you can see the full moon to the east almost straight up.

Spoke with my neighbor who is a sgt in a local NWI police force. Asked him if he was bothering to pull over speeders and stop-sign runners now. He said he told his guys that it is up to them, but he's not bothering with it unless it is especially blatant and excessive. This is not to be taken as legal advice or counsel.

Pretty nice storm last night. Thunder and lightning but thankfully only rain.
It's been interesting moving through Chicago. Lots less people and traffic. Not nearly as many beggars although more this week than the last 2 weeks.
