I can only assume medical emergencies, straight to a store and back, take the dog out, kind of what Italy is doing. My dentist buddy has a conference call with the nationwide ADA tomorrow. He is only allowed to see dental emergencies so it keeps ERs free to handle COVID-19 and emergencies.

In other news, his 3 kids are coming over for a safety and handling class after work. Probably be at the Youth Shoot too.

If you have a travel letter from dept. Of homeland security you are deemed essential and will be able to travel unrestricted. May get stopped at checkpoints but will be allowed to continue.

No letter. Restricted travel meaning you may or may not be allowed they wherever that roadblock is at.
