So is Jedi happy today? The whole world wonders...
First person to use the terms "real feel" or "wind chill" gets a throat punch.
Stop it with the made up, arbitrary, fake weather news.
Lucas was probably the worst writer to ever write a successful film.Everything but the saga films from Disney so far have been good. Disney's big mistake was keeping Kathleen Kennedy. Lucas' supposed original outlines for the sequel trilogy were stupid too, some crap about delving into the microbiological world with the midichlorian crap again, and let's not forget Jar Jar Binks and the entirety of Attack of the Clones were entirely ol' George's doing, pre Disney.
I'm pretty much hooked after the first episode of Mando.
Wind Chill is real, it does not make it feel colder. It speeds the evaporation of water and will cause freezer burn/frost bite on your skin.
So, if it is 2°, dress for 2° and protect yourself from the wind.
It's all about the feelz!

Disney can take their movies and stuff them where the sun doesn't shine, all of them. I won't pay for their service, I won't go to their movies. MAYBE if someday they quit trying to social engineer people with their movies and come up with original ideas, I might watch their stuff again.
You do know disney has never had an original idea right?
The have stolen all their cartoons from other sources.

Work for a living, and wind chill might not seem so made up.
Yes, it is calculated for bare skin.
But, it will cool you in a coat faster than if there was no wind.
the formula for calculating heat transfer includes a heat transfer coefficient (different materials transfer at different speeds), and mass flow rate.
So if it is 32 degrees out, with a wind chill of 0 degrees..
Your body will not get colder than 32 degrees.
Your body will cool down as if it is cooler than 32 degrees, closer to as if it was 0 degrees.
where:
A {\displaystyle A}: surface area where the heat transfer takes place, m[SUP]2[/SUP]T 2 {\displaystyle T_{2}}: temperature of the surrounding fluid, KT 1 {\displaystyle T_{1}}: temperature of the solid surface, K.The general definition of the heat transfer coefficient is:
h = q Δ T {\displaystyle h={\frac {q}{\Delta T}}}where:
q: heat flux, W/m[SUP]2[/SUP]; i.e., thermal power per unit area, q = dQ ˙ {\displaystyle {\dot {Q}}}/dAh: heat transfer coefficient, W/(m[SUP]2[/SUP]•K)ΔT: difference in temperature between the solid surface and surrounding fluid area, K
