    I need a new barber.

Just a barber. Not a salon. No bull$#!t fancy place. No wash. Just a traditional barber. Like Floyd the barber from the Andy Griffith Show in Mayberry.

Prefer Dyer, Schererville, St John, Cedar Lake or Lowell. My barber in Dyer is gone.

    Suggestions appreciated.
Quick Cut RT 30 and RT 55/Taft/Cleveland-northwest corner. $13.50 haircut and 15 minutes your out the door.

That is right near the Honda dealership, I know where it is. I thought it was a chain operation. Is this a 'real' barber shop with a barber? Or a revolving door type with several people who cut hair?

Well, it's not in those cities listed, Merrillville Barber.
    Near US 30 and Broadway
    Close enough.

But still open to more suggestions!

Feeling better than this morning. Granted I slept quite a bit after coming back home. I hate using sick days. Like Actaeon says, I'd rather someone pay me to be miserable then be at home and waste good time off.

There are a couple of barbershops on or near the square in CP. Don't know anything about them except they have both been there a really long time. There's Larry's which is a bit south of the square, and Saylor's near the Crown Theatre.

I went to that guy by the theater years ago. He's too faaaaaaar now, and I wasn't sure if he was still working. Yes, he didn't talk much, but he gave good haircuts. Pretty quick too. If I ever waited, it wasn't very long. He even trimmed up around my ears with a straight razor. Nice and tight.

I use the place that's in the same strip mall as South County Guns, on the south side of the building. Not exactly Mayberry, but they do a good job and it's convenient for me.

Im thinking I may need to find a beat up or dirt cheap 380 for reload testing next year. Was able to process more brass yesterday afternoon from earlier this year and last year and have roughly 250+ casings to start load testing so when she finally does decide to shoot her lcp she can have range ammo to practice. Also found alot more 32 auto than I thought I had.

There are a lot of new 380s out there now. Heck, I'm sure there are some used Glocks in 380 available

Id rather not spend much if only being used to test loads. I could go hi point on this one as several people have used them strictly for reloading purposes since its no questions asked warranty and would make a good club. If I were too buy with the intent of carrying as a backup to the 3913, ec9s or glock 19 I rotate out I would probably go lcp or bodyguard.

Im waiting for Ruger or an aftermarket company to come out with a s&w 5900 series magwell for the pc carbine. Then I'd dump the glock.

If you want some more of it, I've got a couple of coffee cans full of .380...about 14lbs worth.

You should be able to find a lcp used in the $125-$150 range. Heck you can buy a brand new lcp for $200
