Got a full price offer on my Hammond house, with a couple contingencies that lower the net price they would actually pay by about 2% below the asking price.

I have to get approval from the raccoons who will be moving north US30 to see if they will have any problems with the relocation, but as the offer says nothing about raccoon removal in the offer it seems like a good deal.

hhhhmmmmmm tell me more about the suppressor ready lever action ? Is it factory like that or did you have to find one that was threaded already ?

Finally started my wait for a muffler for the Scorpion yesterday... Not sure if I should just wait and see how that all goes or just go ahead and start the 22LR one too...

Start the 22LR now.

It is factory. They thread it and shorten the tube so that you don't have to remove the suppressor to reload.
