I love it. If the amount changes every month, I overestimate and it smooths itself out.

Seller is going to do the painting and the VA will accept the AC not being tested since its cold. Had to sign a release to hold harmless. Maybe 3 more weeks and its move in time for me.

My gas got shut off because I forgot to pay it for like 3 months. Paid it off immediately when I noticed but NIPSCO sure makes restoring that **** ****ing convoluted.

Bet they want a big fat deposit to turn that back on

Not due to overdrafts bit due to one NOT knowing if the company is billing one correctly.

Companies can stick hidden fees and you would not know. F... da!

I don't do autopay through companies. I do it through my bank. They pay exactly what I tell them to pay.

Make sure your gas appliances are up to code when they come to turn it back on. They WILL come in your house to check for pilot lights. If appliances are not up to code they may leave it off until things get fixed. Depends upon how picky or what kind of mood the service tech is in.
