I think it is absolutely ridiculous that people are expected to be a lifetime politician in order to get a public office……. This should not be a career.

It shouldn't even be a temporary full time job. Meet for 90 days and then go back to your real job or business. If it can't be dealt with in 90 days of continuous meetings then it isn't all that important

Funny, that's how I feel about any meetings that are scheduled for more than 1 hour. (I hate meetings!)
