Does the "rule of thumb" apply to the branches, or can we go bigger if we want?Latvia? I love Latvia! I know a great sauna where you can beat yourself (or your friend) with birch branches there.

At that place it can be as big as you like.Does the "rule of thumb" apply to the branches, or can we go bigger if we want?
I couldn't get past "beat yourself or your friend" and "sauna" in the same sentence. I'm surprised printcraft left that on the table.Does the "rule of thumb" apply to the branches, or can we go bigger if we want?
And he still thinks NPR is a factual, unbiased source. Arrested developmentHaven’t you learned? Evidence disproving his claims is anecdotal. Evidence proving his claims are trustworthy factual information.
"Think" might not be the best term in this case.
I am not familiar enough with some of the organizations listed above so I'll make the bold and obviously unfamiliar statement that... I cannot declare a fair opinion about them. I have viewed quite a few of the Prager U videos however, as well as listened to Dennis Prager speak (including the rare times his opponents have accepted the challenge of debate) and I've found them to be reasonable, well-researched, sensible, and clearly presented. His "Rational Bible" shows a thoughtfulness and attention to detail of a writer in pursuit of truth and clear logic. I've seen no logical (i.e., non emotional, as above) argument to his organization or their intentions.
Of course, calling these entities out by name and making conclusive statements ("proven to print trash" [citation needed] etc.) implies a thorough research and substantial understanding, at least in the traditional sense of argument, and certainly of objectivity, like the kind expected from declared "moderates." Unfortunately the viewers in this thread have not been treated to the discovery and wisdom that would support such assertions. I'd hazard a guess here that, considering the lack of any substance, those names are listed arbitrarily only partly due to their implied association with conservatives / Republicans / Trump and so on, but more significantly their challenge or contradiction to a more feminine, emotionally driven and opinionated political stance, a.k.a., the Progressive agenda of the day.
The amateur techniques shouldn't really move any needles for the grownups, regardless of the bluster. And the personal insults keep it on a playground level.
Absolute unadulterated UNSUBSTANTIATED bull**** - except for the part about Biden being toastBiden is toast, but we needed to get out from under Trump and republicans need to regain control of the party without Trump. He really doesn't give a **** about the country. He cares about power.
You aren't really on my "need to respond to" list at this point.Absolute unadulterated UNSUBSTANTIATED bull**** - except for the part about Biden being toast
You certainly are trying to distance yourself from WHAT YOU VOTED FOR for some reason
Your gratuitous use of 'we' implies some sort of relationship that does not exist
And yet, you did.You aren't really on my "need to respond to" list at this point.
I offer this as an opportunity to save you typing time.
NoEveryone deserves the courtesy of a final goodbye. Don'tcha think?
Sigh. Yet you heartily approve of Biden. I submit you are concerned about only surface appearances, or do you think a politician allowing his ne'er-do-well son to bang his dead son's wife is not a piece of **** because it wasn't his **** doing the deedIt is difficult to find any politician to admire...except maybe Jimmy Stewart as Mr. Smith. But I do have a bright line test with other human beings: if they are a piece of ****, I want nothing to do with them.
And "You don't get to define anyone less extreme than your own politics as [racist]"Bull. You don't get to define anyone less extreme than your own politics as un-American.
Communism is not American. Socialism is not American. Having your freedoms infringed is not American. Being forced to do anything is not American. Neither party is great but one of them is decidedly un-American in near every respect.
I think you had better begin thinking of him as more Robespierre and less Alpo, phyloExtremism. You are better than that Phylo. Don't wrap yourself around a very small axle.
It's not a romance novel. It's a sad reality foisted upon us by an easily manipulated electorate presented with false choices by unscrupulous politicians who've sold the country down the river simply to preserve their political power. We can have freedom AND the advantages of our modern existence, but we don't because there are enough morons in this country that can't figure out they're simply pawns in a power play.
Shhh, phylo. I don't think Alpo wants you to rock the boatIn other words, wokeness provided the perfect ideology for affluent, liberal whites who didn’t truly want systemic change if it meant their children would have to sacrifice their own status, but who still wanted to feel like the heroes of a story about social justice, who still wanted to feel vastly superior to their conservative and even slightly less radical friends. They took a no doubt genuine abhorrence for the truly heinous ways black Americans have been treated historically—and, in some cases, continue to be treated—and instead of seeing in it a call to arms to create a genuinely equal society, they used it as an excuse to withdraw from the common good and the social contract, rebranding the problem of racism to fit the solution that would most benefit them. In the process, they demonized America itself, deplatforming the working class (of all races) while protecting their own status.
neverTrump, TDS, the inability to admit a mistake ?What does your dem vote get you then? What about this party represents anything you believe in?
That's what some of the pro-vax side would like to do to the unvaccinated people too.Vaccinate them with a 1oz slug.
