DNR says both sides have chargeable offenses, yet the DA has chosen to ignore the attention whore's transgressions. So it looks like the racism pendulum has swung the opposite direction. Used to be the good ole boys could get away with anything, now it appears the opposite is now true. There ya go kids, y'all got your reparations. You can now violate someone's rights and when they defend themselves, they get in trouble while you skate.

IMHO either EVERYBODY should be charged, or NOBODY should be charged. Lots of fault all around.

Where are you seeing no further charges? The article I found (WTHR) just says that warrants were issued for Cox and Purdy, but it didn't say anything about no further charges. And hadn't charges already been filed for Booker? I was hoping this meant they just hadn't issued a warrant yet.

Wow, this is really chilling. How can I look at this any other way. If you are to the left of the political spectrum in Monroe County you are above the law. If you are to the right you better shut up and suck it up or the weight of the law may fall on you. I fear free speech maybe dead in Monroe County and the mob rules. What is next voter intimation at the polls or in case you have a business in this county that declines to support a certain social / political position then a mob can intimidate you into doing so and the law does nothing to prevent them, while on the other hand if you should dare to resist the intimidation then you are the criminal. If one side in this affair is at fault then the other side is too.
What can I say, the prosecutor is an elected official in a overwhelmingly Democratic county where you have to always be looking toward the next election cycle and avoid being "primaryed" for any position you take that doesn't go along with the left of center politics that dominates Monroe county.
