Has Booker commented about the recent revelations?

Cant help but notice the locals rags have conveniently stopped referring to the victims in this mess as "white supremacists."

Wonder what will become of the woman and man attacked in their car, by rioters fueled by this lie?

she is pressing charges against the guy that punched her window and broke it....BPD sent it to the prosecutors office...

When this first became news my first thought was this shouldn't happen. Once I watched the long video online my next thought was Jessie Smollett, that somethings not adding up. These guys got the same treatment as Nick Sandman when he was in DC with the Indian in his face. News people with an agenda stirred up a hornets nest. The worst part is they can't and won't go back and try to repair the damage that's been done.

[h=1]DNR report on reported racial incident in prosecutor's hands[/h]

The Monroe County Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday received “extensive investigative reports, along with digital evidence” from Indiana Department of Natural Resources officers about a reported racist attack on the Fourth of July.

The incident took place in the forest near Lake Monroe. Bloomington resident Vauhxx Booker, who is Black, claims he was beaten and injured by several white men during an unprovoked attack rooted in racism.

Several Indianapolis-area residents involved in the melee counter that Booker initiated the confrontation by trespassing, yelling at a woman and punching a man who intervened.

The FBI is looking in the incident as a possible hate crime, and Booker's lawyer has asked that a federal grand jury consider evidence in the case.

Monroe County Prosecutor Erika Oliphant has said she will be “expeditious” in her review, and will announce as soon as possible if any charges will be filed.

So if a stranger enters private [property.....is told to leave and starts to yell at a female who is legally on that property and a man intervenes on her behalf and is punched out for his efforts by the trespasser then that is a hate crime on the rest of the people that handed this ass hat his.....well.....ass.

And this is a prime example of the TL;DR effect.

I lost track of how many times I had to respond with "Show me where in the video you hear "get a noose!" on facebook shares because the description of the video says those words were uttered, when there is no audio of them actually saying it.

They are being tried in the court of public opinion using fabricated evidence and nobody is taking the time to verify the facts before sharing it.
