The Democrats left my Mom in the 70's when they espoused abortion.

I still thought I was a Democrat until 82 when I voted for Ronald Reagan.

You are not a Democrat, But you have posted a lot of comebacks when someone uses their name in vain.

I used to define myself as a democrat back in the day. They started shifting, becoming more aligned with basic socialism ideology, and I switched. I do not like allot of the republicans, many are not any different than their counter part. What distances me from the democrats is their progressive ideology, leaning further and further to the left. Yes, many are as close to being socialist as you can become without calling one self a socialist - progressive seems to be a self applied label.

I vote for party ideology. If mainstream democratic ideology ever returned, I may go back but they are so far left, I cannot see that in my lifetime. IMO, the republican party seemingly is close to where the old democratic party used to be.....not exactly, but close. More mainstream than before.

I respect all people, regardless; as long as it remains civil. Push the envelope, that's ok....I like to do it also; but don't personalize. That is where I feel the direction of our great country has fallen to. Individuals and parties are personalizing differences. Instead of agreeing that we are all individuals with opinions, people have individualized opinions - personalized opinions. The violence, although I feel is primarily on one side, it is experienced by both. Yes, I feel the left (democrats) can be violent; I have experienced it - verbally. One cannot safely walk down the street showing support for one candidate over another - in a free America, one cannot do this - and I will let you guess what side is creating that fear.

My point is this. INGO appears to be very diverse, I like it. I may not agree with many as many have not agreed with me. But that is what makes it fun. Little jabs here and there are fine. I truly believe a discussion like this could not last 15 minutes on the street without violence breaking out. I dislike that thought - allot.

"WE" are America......unfortunately there is a real world outside of INGO.

Because the universal vilification of the members of an entire party (outside the politicians), is devoid of thought.

But here's a fun question, in the spirit of Molon Labe, does the carrier of that bumper sticker get to shoot first if he thinks they are coming for his guns?

For answers to that and more, we go to our Massachusetts correspondents live at Concord and Lexington.

Has Trump published his tax returns yet?

It's OK to be an alcoholic president. It appears not to be OK to even be breast fed as a baby if you want to make it to SCOTUS.

We all have labels. Some labels we place on ourselves and some labels are placed on by others. Some we choose to wear and others are "applied" Depending on the labels we associate with will place us somewhere on a spectrum. If the association is not correct, we need to change the label because it is too hard, near impossible to change the association. The spectrum is constant; where we are can be determined by our effort.

    This just in:

Christine Blasey Ford has implicated Judge Kavanaugh in the latest RICIN attacks at the Pentagon and Sen. Cruz's office.

She has presented just as much evidence of this event occurring as she did for the party rape.
