Show of hands for those who think Ford mischaracterized his drinking in HS/college? If seems people are coming out of the woodwork with stories of him being stumbling drunk on several occasions. Not to saying I think the acts were wrong... he's was doing what pretty much every popular student has done for eons.... but if he was telling false stories, or he's unforthcoming, that IMO goes to his credibility and fitness to be a USSC judge.

He never claimed that he didn’t drink and I don’t think he tried to portray himself as an occasional sipper either. He said he liked to drink beer and still does. He doesn’t appear to be a juvenile sloppy drunk now.
Seemed to be fit enough to hold some pretty high clearances and a seat on the DC Superior Court after numerous FBI checks. Much Ado.

Drunk & belligerent is a matter of opinion. My wife rarely has a drink, she thinks 3 beers is totally wasted. If I say you're a candy a** and you take exception to it, now you're belligerent. Assuming he's right, will anyone even remember Ford's name in a month? Assuming Kavanaugh is not an alcoholc now or a drunkard, who cares how much he drank when he was in college? I helped empty plenty of kegs in my college days too.
