For hard gainers, sure. I was more speaking to the, er, bulk of the bell curve.If someone is a hard gainer, it’s the only way imo. Grossly over eating and working out hard is the quickest way from point A to point B. Now, is that healthy? That’s a whole different discussion. Lol. If I was a hard gainer, I would add a weight gain or meal replacement shake on top of my normal caloric intake. Hitting the gym is a must with this approach however.
