Maybe I could handle doing them against a wall. LOL
I injured my wrist many years ago and I don't like to do pushups "flat-handed". I've used those "handle" things and they do help keep my wrists straight (although the guy in the pic isn't), but I didn't like the way they were made to swivel.
OUCH!!!You can also injure yourself if you dont use the right knuckles.
When you master regular push ups and knuckle pushups you can also move to back of the hand push ups.
It's a great way to gain flexibility and strenght in your wrists.
Pushups are good, planks are better. Depends on what you're going for though I guess...
If you do pushups correctly you're also doing planks at the same time.
Sunday mornings at the gym. My kinda crowd...sparse!
Nice day today, so I got my road bike out for the first time this season. 11.2 miles. Average speed of 16 mph. I'm hoping to do better than that tomorrow.
It was too windy to get my bike out. So I ended up doing some kettlebell swings followed by goblet squats with a 45lb kettlebell.
Then I went running. I haven't ran since last summer. So I was able to do 2 miles, time being 23 minutes.
My legs hurt
You dont run and do squats the same day you crazy person!
