do you have a rack? Can lay a bar on it and do them from seated position. Pretend you're adaptive!
Nope, no rack. I have no great desire to try them anyway.

We'll see. I had them last year, so they're definitely doable.Muscle ups? Good man! No scaling for you!
My ceiling at home is too low to try muscle-ups. Not sure I could do them regardless.
That's my excuse for not trying as well.
17.2 I got 111 reps. 35# DB, hanging knee raises, regular pull ups. My legs are fried

Nice work fellas!Nice work! I tried it RX even though I've never done a muscle-up. I made it to the muscle-ups in 6:43 and then couldn't do a muscle-up. I did work on them afterward and managed to get one from a 12" box. Baby steps...
Anyone here a hockey player? I started playing again about a year ago at the Carmel Ice Skatium and it's been a blast.
Ok, 17.3 is just awful.
i can't do overhead squat or squat snatch. Hoping my scale is power snatch
It was as awful as it looks on paper. 135# is a pretty heavy snatch for me and my chest-to-bar pull-ups are not as good as they should be. Got 58 reps in the first 8 min, 14 reps shy of making it past the first time cap. I'll be trying this one again Saturday or Sunday.Ok, 17.3 is just awful.

It appears they are all squat snatches. I wouldn't get very far along unless I do the scaled version. I have very little experience with squat snatches and my coordination is lacking. I can't imagine the majority of the population will get all the way through this one RX.
