With SCOTUS' agreeing its constitutional to force people to buy something in order to be a citizen in good standing, requiring everyone to buy a LTCH would solve the funding problem with the LEOs and create a sort of universal carry state.

I've been reading Dr John Lott's 2016 study (since you double-dog dared me and all). Not just the abstract like those on the other side either. I was considering it before I dared you to dare me.

Doesn't matter. Incidental compliance to a double-dog dare does not degrade the compulsory nature of the dare.

Anyone Planning to Testify on the 12th???
I want to go back thru my notes and I'm thinking that my work projcect
- the one that has me more stressed and over worked than any is 7 yrs of College, Post Grad and 25 yrs of work -
- will be 'out of my hands' enough for me to slip away for part of / most of a day to get there and put in my 2 ... errr 5 cents.
