Any info on these weapons? Are they captured from the Russkies, from government stock or recently supplied from a foreign entity? Seems like quite a few quality weapons that could be put to use.

I noticed the radiator and yes it bothered me. However, the chances of the boiler functioning in a war zone is probably fairly low.
