That's a really good picture. Not OPSEC-wise but image quality. I'm guessing that farm has been abandoned a few years looking at the trees next to the barn... and outhouse. Enlarge the image and you can clearly see the bullet hole in the outhouse.
Blue tape: right arm would be significant to combatant status (seen a lot of yellow tape for Territorial Guards Vols.) I have to wonder if there is a blue M-9 tape (detects chemical weapons, and bug spray) equivalent since they have it just below the knees. Blue Duct-tape does not detect chemical weapons, neither does the blue painter's tape... just sayin.
Masking tape doesn't work even if you take a Sharpie and write "M-9" on it. Didn't really think about just how dumb that was when I was doing it. By writing "M-9" with a Sharpie on regular old masking tape it... more simulated? In those days the violence was simulated, but the buffoonery was real.
The violence is definitely real for these guys. Not sure when the picture was taken, hope those guys are still with us.
