I just won’t go to the mall. Period! So details on the evil killer? What type of person(s) should be on our radar when we have to go to the mall?

Looks like dozens of lives were saved yesterday."If it saves even one life..."
Agree. They're not gonna go after him, but they won't change anything, either.I can't see Simon's doing anything negative, more likely they will just keep the signs on the door and not comment. Attacking the good Samaritan would be a PR blunder of epic proportion, keeping the company in a negative light for years. Malls aren't doing business like they used to and bad PR won't help.
I just saw the company statement, shows somebody is thinking right.
And if the anti’s understood it, they likely would be pushing to change it…Let's face it most in the media at both national news agencies and local, generally speaking don't know much about guns or gun laws. I doubt if more than 1 or 2 even realize that here in IN, those signs don't carry weight of law.
We know those signs don't carry any legal authority. But it does present their position just the same as having an unenforceable dress code. I mean imagine INGO having a "must wear pants" rule. It would be ignored just the same (think of Printcraft as an example lol).
So while I don't like the context it's being used by media, I'm not bothered by the "he shouldn't have had a gun based on mall policy" BS as it's a mostly unenforceable rule anyway
Two armed individuals disregarded your senseless no firearm allowed policy. You should be grateful that a Good Samaritan was one of them. The following statement was shared on the company's (GWP Mall) behalf:
"We grieve for the victims of yesterday’s horrific tragedy in Greenwood. Violence has no place in this or any other community. We are grateful for the strong response of the first responders, including the heroic actions of the Good Samaritan who stopped the suspect."
What's that sign : Guns are welcome, Keep holstered , If needed use ..... . That is the signs that need posted every place
Was it Sen. Feinstein who suggested that people with bad intentions would read these signs prohibiting firearms and simply walk away?I can just see the committee hearings. Our hero from yesterday needs only show up, testify, "If this were the law, I would be dead today." If such a bill even got that far, it would die, right there.
yes, laid it on the line is right. My daughter and a granddaughter were there in the food court just 2 hours prior. If preliminary reports of the citizen responder engaging and then closing on the target are true, he really laid it on the line for his fellows. Thank you from your fellow citizens. With much respect.
Esp. since replying to idiot leftists in the same tone they hurl at you tends to get you banned.Social media is not representative of the population as a whole. That is just as true of Reddit (if not moreso), as it is of Twitter, Facebook, etc. Reddit is, and most of the subreddit mods are, very left-leaning.
I was banned from Reddit years ago. Screw them.Esp. since replying to idiot leftists in the same tone they hurl at you tends to get you banned.
