NBC went through the clip and matched some of the signs and objects nearby to those seen in the original Floyd video, just to make sure that this footage really is of him in his final minutes and not of some other arrest.

MN is a great state but gets swung around by the Twin Cities especially. Kind of like Chicago and the State of IL.

Did any rioting, at all, take place in neighborhoods, though? You'd think we'd hear about people going to the wrong house and end up dead.

I figured rioters liked to stick to televised/public places like downtown.

Yeah, someone here was showing a live feed from St. Paul. Looked just as bad as Minneapolis. In fact I was wondering if it had all taken place in St. Paul and they were just referring to it as Minneapolis because of the close proximity but I guess that's not the case.

Yeah, I don't like the "duty to retreat" law. You know, the more I learn about Minnesota in general the less I like it. I always used to think of it as someplace "wild and free", populated by rugged individualists, like part of the "last frontier" kind of state. Boy was I wrong.
