The defense's "use of force" expert is really good. I mean really good.

We'll see what happens on cross, but I predict this guy may do his best work on cross.

So, what was the prosecution's strategy on crossing the Defendant, "be mean to her and build empathy with the defendant from the jury?" If so, they nailed it.
It was incredible. I mean, it's like she thought "she's crying already, just wait until I ratchet up the mean." The jury may well have come to the conclusion that Potter took the incident harder that Daunte Wright did.

While I was at a hockey game in the Twin Cities (the only reason to ever go there) and in between periods I noticed a girl in front of me typing on her phone. With just two thumbs she could type faster than I can think.
It's insane. My son does that. My nieces do that. I dunno. I use my thumbs when I type into my phone, but it's really not all that fast or accurate.

I hate phone "keyboards". I learned to type on a manual typewriter. I need all my fingers and thumbs. Home row... ASDF JKL; And I don't look at the keyboard when I type (on an actual keyboard - on a phone I'm a hunt-and-pecker).
I learned on a manual typewriter as well. But I can type on an iphone without looking at the keys, but not without making way more mistakes than I'd make on a real keyboard.

So what are the odds she walks? I'm not asking should. But do you sense the jury would get it right.
