$29 electric fence charger from Tractor Supply hooked to your vehicle would give them a surprise. You would also want video capture for entertainment so we can all watch him try to break into your car. I have a friend who actually electrified his fence***,, in Indianapolis!

Umm, I hate to ask (but will anyways). Why would you pay such a big gas bill in cash? So many other options. Check. Cashiers check. Credit card. Online payment direct from bank account.

They would be easier and safer than having so much cash left unattended in the car...
