It will be interesting to see how many people like him succeed to the ATF when they come for their "illegal" accessories or firearms and be OK with it. I think the community response was loud, but I think it will be much louder if they proceed with their shenanigans.

They've just proven they'll make you a felon for no reason what so ever, with no benefit even to themselves. And they have no regard for your opinion, the constitution, or elected officials.
Most insulting of all, they won't even tell you what constitutes making you a felon, because they don't even know. But they'll end your life if you happen to break some regulation they haven't even written down.
