And with Roe v. Wade overturned, he's got the perfect issue to run on. Most college-educated people younger than 40, regardless of skin color, are now scared to death of the GOP.

He probably won't even need to replace Kamala Harris, now that the GOP has handed this issue into his lap.

Because "liberation" ideology is about removing obligation and constraints socially and not actually about freedom, contentment, or liberty. Imagine the perfect bubble-wrapped world where there are no consequences to actions because we've removed any negative effects. It's a delusion, but they fester and wallow in the fact that it's not reality.
Post of the year. Freedom to the left means "freedom from reality" (tuition bills, medical bills, paying for transportation, etc., etc.).

    Who run Bartertown?

Biden's campaign will be just like his presidency, senile, stupid, or whatever, he really makes no decisions. It's up to Americans to decide if they are comfortable with voting for the "lunch pail joe" equivalent of Max Headroom, knowing that they really are not electing a president. All decisions are made behind the big media screen by unelected, unaccountable, and obtuse, dc focused "advisers".

Didn‘t the original Star Trek make an episode that was just like this?

Lots of people will vote for JB because they didn't hear much about politics when he was in office. Americans want to put their jammies on and turn on Netflix. "Don't bother us."

Many people treat their Presidents they way they treat their kids: "If I don't hear them making any noise, it must be ok."

I fully expected him to have passed away by now.

Much like HK Indiana observed, modern leadership could pass on and you never know it. Preserved through modern communication techniques and enforced by the police power of the state, the real decision makers have no more relevance to the original leader than did the machine in Star Trek.

I think the democrats learned a valuable lesson in 2016 about the union vote. It isn't what it used to be, but you can't ignore it like HRC's campaign did. Union leadership is comfortable with the illusion of "lunch pail joe" even though that's exactly what it is, a fantasy. The real decision makers have no more use for organized labor than the Chinese do, it's just not part of the New World Order.

My parents were worried when they didn't hear us.
But then, that was a different time.
