Why do you feel the need for more than ten rounds, sure i like to have a bigger mag for the range but as far as a cc gun if you need more than ten rounds you are up **** creek my friend
If you did the tax stamp for a SBR, yes. Although since that's a .22, I'm not sure if that would be "cheap" or not by the time you paid for the gun, stock, and stamp.
