But last night police reportedly searched their home and confiscated the AR-15 rifle that was seen in the footage which was filmed on June 28.Mr McCloskey told The Todd Starnes Radio Show: "We complied with the search warrant.
"They took my AR.. I'm absolutely surprised by this."
The handgun held by his wife was not seized and is with their attorney.
The couple have not been charged with any offense.

I saw where a search warrant was issued and gun(s) confiscated. I also read they hired private security.

What is funny about this is: The couple in question are Democrats, financially support the Democratic Party and also support BLM. I'm not sure that BLM part is still current.

And I think that in most cases you are not allowed to charge for your own time/labor.

And since you are on the case 24/7 you could only bill 24 hours a day whereas your lawyer could bill 100 or more every day making for a bigger settlement.
