How about donating money to the candidate that has been out in front of this issue since he took office, Rep. Lucas.
He has proven his dedication and he has a primary opponent that can be guaranteed to not share his 2nd Amendment views, much less be as big a leader on this issue.

This bill was put on a golden platter by the author, to be passed by 73 NRA "A" rated members in the House and 36 in the Senate and to be signed by a governor that wraps himself in the 2nd Amendment, when convenient. I know for a fact that the author did over 36 interviews in one week...

HB 1056 has been amended to make the existing lifetime LTCH good and the new LTCH will merely be "optional". Leadership still has not given this bill a hearing, we have less than one week to let them know how you feel about this issue ...
My very reliable source tells me that the bill, HB 1056 as drafted, is being amended to state that the existing lifetime LTCH remains in effect and the existing LTCH license will be merely optional, for reciprocity purposes.
