UPDATE: Tech came out today and my wife just called me. The compressor in the attached de-humidifier was bad and when it turned on it overloaded the circuit.
So I'm confused, if it was your job to look for these things at gun shows then why are you asking this question and did you do the duties of your job?

For what it's worth, I fish out of an 8' Jon Boat. Granted, I only go on lakes where there is a speed limit.

cleaned it out....wasn't that dirty. Capacitor didn't look fked up either. I'm just gonna call a technician, I want to go fishing instead of spending time on this.
compressors already running. first thing I am going to do tonight is clean the coil and blow out the fan motor. the outside unit is on the north side of our house which is open to fields. we get a lot of wind so I am hoping it just needs cleaned.
