What is the point of this thread?
Either you OC or you don't, that's how I look at it.
I don't think there is a quantifiable "grey area" when it comes to concealed carry.
Is this another one of those semantic verbiage questions about the sign or is there actual IC or even county code that would prevent us from carrying legally?
I don't live by many rules, but one constant is that people are stupid by default. However, the guy might have just had a couple of bad days but, being a Mustang driver every day is a bad day.
And agreed that the best weapon on the road is a 1.5-2.5 ton speeding bullet...
I say Not Guilty, even if the sign said "firearm holders are considered trespassers" or whatever. I wouldn't give them my dollars though, nor any place of business that tries to requests criminals to be honest.
