      i remember one particular remodel well. the tenants pulled up the carpet for some god forsaken reason and were living on subfloor. the flooring rotted near the toilet so they just tacked new ply down ontop of it, didn't bother to fix the problem. both bathrooms had to have the walls replaced...

      i went to marengo caves in nothern KY in high school. it was guided spelunking, not walking tour crap. among cool things ive done that one is way up there. i remember a particular passage we had to belly crawl thru it, and it got so tight on my (then) 46" chest i couldn't take a full breath.

      yeah pretty much all retailers saw the shape of things to come and set up for it. i had a similar conversation with someone today, those that are in retail are about to start hating life in a whole new way, like they needed another reason.

      buy your first and get intimate. i like understanding how things function, because only at that point can i build a replica and be confident in it. buy one, take it down to its guts, and rebuild it. when you start to understand it, then you can build the very thing your heart wants.
