WISCONSIN Senate votes to Legalize Concealed Carry!

It is a SHALL issue law, it includes RECIPROCITY and seems to be filled with common sense easy to understand language.

This is all just a late April Fools, right? I mean, common sense? Easy to understand language? From a legislature?

I clicked on to a story in one of the Wisconsin local rags and they used loaded words like "Hidden" guns when talking about the subject. Anything to scare the sheep.

MORE GOOD NEWS for the folks in the cheese infested state.

The Wisconsin State Assembly (House) will vote on a bill [SB93] next week Tuesday to legalize the carrying of concealed weapons. The Wisconsin Assembly is controlled by Republicans and they have indicated they will be passing this bill without too much of a fight. The Senate has already passed the measure. The governor has said he will sign the bill.

Drive up to Michigan and take the ferry across from Muskegon to Milwaukee then drop down to Franklin. It might take a bit longer, but it keeps you out of IL.

The bill isn't going to be signed until the 8th, and it doesn't take effect until Nov. 1, so we probably won't know for at least a few months, if not until November which permits will be recognized.

Hopefully they will recognize Indiana since I have to go there once or twice a month. That would allow me to carry through Illinois legally.

Since we are wasting all that money on "stimulus" maybe they could build us a bridge from Kenosha, WI. to Northern Indiana? Then we could bypass IL all together.
