I'm nowhere near a rabid antiOCer, or even mildly anti, but I still would have taken that one for a ride if TF hadn't beaten me to it while I was away.

I've heard fishermen saying they are "eliminating water" when they are fishing at different locations unsuccessfully. Perhaps OC-ers are just "eliminating places" they are allowed to go when they are getting kicked out.
