Who do you like?
Who do I like? They’re all politicians. What’s to like? Who is least worst? deSantis, Trump, Ramaswamy. In that order. Everyone else has too much of everything I hate about the GOP.
Who do you like?
Like Bug?If there is destruction to be had, let it come before I'm too old to do anything but shake my fist at the TV.
I think you have a problem with equivalencies. You compared "Marxists, fascists, and radical left thugs" to "Christian, Nazi, fascists". First, if Biden said that about fascists, I'd be encouraged, but I think if he encountered one he would just smell their hair and dribble a little....Presidential candidate says, "root out the communists, Marxists, fascists and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country that lie and steal and cheat on elections."
Can you only imagine the INGO ****storm if Biden said, "root out the Christian, Nazi, fascists and the radical right thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country that lie and steal and cheat on elections"?
This dehumanizing of our opponents will destroy us all.
I mean, the guy cycles. I'm sure he does his share of shaking his fist at the TV. But shouldn't we all? But it sounds like he does a lot more activity than shake his fist at the TV.Like Bug?
I assign the label of "human" to everyone that's created in the image of God.I don't assign the label of "human" to scum that think the sexual mutilation and drugging of children is normal, or that think that they have the right to disarm me and prevent me from defending myself and my loved ones. Or that Hamas is the good guy. There is no compromise with vermin like that. There is no reasonable debate to be had with these lunatics.
Well, I guess if you've bothered to buff it out, you might as well wear it.I assign the label of "human" to everyone that's created in the image of God.
Yeah, I'm weird like that. That's how I define pro-life, valuing everyone's life, even after they're born.
However, make no mistake, I totally agree that this LGBTQIA is a complete unholy anathema. But, what's the phrase we so love to quote? Ah yes, "Love the sinner; hate the sin."
Well put.I think you have a problem with equivalencies. You compared "Marxists, fascists, and radical left thugs" to "Christian, Nazi, fascists". First, if Biden said that about fascists, I'd be encouraged, but I think if he encountered one he would just smell their hair and dribble a little.
Necessary? Or just campaign trail flummery?Anyway, what's the equivalent of Christian in Trump's list? Marxists, Fascists, and radical left thugs are vile. Calling them vermin is a bit unprofessional but calling them out is necessary.
Sure, I'd agree - I certainly don't want any leftist (or really any Democrats) in govt. However, I want that accomplished at the ballot box. I have an odd shiver run up my spine when Trump says it; I can't be sure he and I agree on the means to the end.As for what to do with the Marxists, fascists, and radical left thugs, after you root them out? Don't let them anywhere near government again.
The language has an incredible authoritarian tone that I find distasteful at best, frightening at worst.I have a question about what you think the context is? Root them out from what? What were your assumptions?
Mocking me if you must.Well, I guess if you've bothered to buff it out, you might as well wear it.

You gotta admit, the 2nd and 3rd boxes of liberty seem to be glitching a bit.
I have no such delusions. There are "humans" out there that are worth no more than a rabid dog.I assign the label of "human" to everyone that's created in the image of God.
Yeah, I'm weird like that. That's how I define pro-life, valuing everyone's life, even after they're born.
That's not what I said. I didn't say anything about consenting adults. I am concerned with the sick and twisted indoctrination, drugging and mutiliation of children in their formative years. Hetero porn doesn't have any place in the classroom, either. But adults in the privacy of their homes can **** raw chickens, for all I care. However, make no mistake, I totally agree that this LGBTQIA is a complete unholy anathema.
Nah. People are what they are, and their actions define them. But, what's the phrase we so love to quote? Ah yes, "Love the sinner; hate the sin."
You're on a politics subforum, and you don't know about the boxes of liberty?
One fights the war the enemy delivers. Reagan was a different lifetime ago. You clearly do not know what time it is.Call me Reaganite, but I refuse to believe that lowering ourselves to their (perceived) level is good for America.
Actually I was hoping you'd answer the first part of the question, but anyway, calling them out is a necessary first step to rooting them out. At this point I'm okay with Hoovering those mother******s.Well put.
Necessary? Or just campaign trail flummery?
If they were just leftists, I wouldn't care to root them out. Trump called them the thing that they are when he said "Marxists, Fascists, and radical left thugs." He also narrowed the scope of who he's talking about.Sure, I'd agree - I certainly don't want any leftist (or really any Democrats) in govt. However, I want that accomplished at the ballot box. I have an odd shiver run up my spine when Trump says it; I can't be sure he and I agree on the means to the end.
It does if you hear it on NPR. Especially after they tell you what it means. What are your assumptions about the details you don't know? Who does he want to root out? What does rooting out mean? From where does he want to root them? The language has an incredible authoritarian tone that I find distasteful at best, frightening at worst.
I don't think they talk about that on NPR.You're on a politics subforum, and you don't know about the boxes of liberty?

I don't feel compelled to love a Marxist pedophile.I have no such delusions. There are "humans" out there that are worth no more than a rabid dog.

And they probably do.
Nah. People are what they are, and their actions define them.
I wasn't mocking you.Mocking me if you must.
Saul may be around to hold you coat if you need it.
Every day you can learn something new, I guess. You're on a politics subforum, and you don't know about the boxes of liberty?
