Finished Corn Harvest yesterday before the Rains started. I am feeling pretty stoked right now...
How many acres/sqaure feet, if I may ask? Interested for future reference.

About 800 Acres...
Which is approximately 34,848,000 square feet...
What kinda reference are you compiling?!
Did you also put an inventory of each bag inside the bag as well? (Maybe with a list of contents which can be checked off if used, with expiration dates? The list would make it easier to keep up.)
What a simple idea. Yet such a good one!
Right now I seem to be the only person pulling things out of the GHBs. But when the kid starts using it for whatever reason it would be nice to know instantly what is there and what isn't.
Heck it is tough for me to remember at times what I used.
My new goal is getting a list for each bag with boxes to check off. Maybe even take it a step farther and put expiration dates on the items that matter.

I had hoped you were a bit of a smaller scale, say an acre or so, which is what I'm planning on doing eventually. Thought I'd see if you had any advice for growing it, but I think my small-scale sustainable methods are a bit unwieldy in the acreages you're harvesting
