On a REGULAR basis . . . nothing. I gotta get a smaller gun. Mostly I only carry if I won't be away from the car too long.

Glock 19 with a standard mag with a + 2 round extension and a spare full size G17 mag, also with a 2 round extension, so that's 19 rounds. I carry a Gerber knife and a Surefire flashlight, paracord wristband

Glock 22 .40 cal compensated with night sights, 3.5# trigger, recoil buffer, stainless steel spring, ghost trigger with spring upgrades, Hogue grip. I use federal self defense rounds with 15 round clip. CRKT pocket knife.

I feel like this gun is a little larger than I would prefer for concealed carry but I am really accurate with it so I don't want to switch.
