El Salvadorans managed to take back their country. It can be done but it rarely happens until people are going hungry. Not surprising how quickly Venezuela dropped out of the news. The only way the people win, is if the "man with the gun" takes the people's side.
So long as Maduro has the support of the military and police, the people are simply proles to be exploited.
Everybody understands the lesson here, right?

2. Why was a U.S. service member in Venezuela to begin with?
3. Unless "we" sent them there, any civilians in Venezuela, China, North Korea, Iran, Turkey or Russia who get detained should be responsible for getting themselves undetained. Being unable to comprehend that there are dangerous places on this planet that you are not welcome is not the fault of the United States taxpayer.
