    5k is only 3.1 miles, which isn't all that far. That would be about 15-20 minutes of running if you are a decent runner, 20-30 minutes if you are an average runner.
    In high school football, I ran the mile in about 7 minutes in full gear. I was an offensive guard. Look out roadrunner!

    It's not about that particular 5K ("or mini-marathon event").

    My new concern is the invaders bringing us new gifts. Tuberculosis seems to be getting shipped nationwide and most people are not paying attention. Time to study for the next plandemic.
    I'm sure they have an mRNA vaccine already ready for whatever comes next.
