anyone can be detained for 3 days if the governor declares a pandemic.
To keep you beyond that 3 days the rep of the governor is supposed to file for a court ordered hold.

but then it goes on to say that no one shall be kept without a court order for more than 60 days.

wait what? Gov can hold you for 3 days but gotta release you in 2 months unless they do some paperwork to “prove” you are a danger to public health. This is absolutely unconstitutional.

We knew this was coming. Just a matter of time until “wrongthink” is a “pandemic”. Uncle Adolph is smiling down upon them…and we all know people that voted for this…
