I was reading today that the WH administration is reflecting on keeping federal supplies and using federal supervisory authorities in an effort to force Americans to get vaccinated like limiting access to federal funds such as Medicare in order to convince nursing homes and long-term care facilities to demand that their workers get immunized.

This is way past out of hand and how this is even continuing is insane. These people in Washington need a kick in the ass and as do the people supporting this.

I think that would violate the **** out of the equal protection clause, especially given all the **** decisions found in its penumbra. But penumbras are used by courts to justify the rulings they like. I don't have a lot of faith that the courts would see the injustice in requiring vaccines in order to receive federal entitlements .

My buddy told me he was forced to take the shot in order to be seen at the VA hospital in Indy.

My daughter works for a government contractor...they tried making her get the shot and she refused, so they sent her home to work remotely.

Sadly for the government, they have not a damn thing I need or want. I know how to feed my family as long as there is deer and fish, bullets and strings.

I could care less who gets vaccinated and who don't......if only the vaccinated could see it the same way.

What kind of leader blames the unvaccinated.........especially when you are letting 100K plus covid cases into our country every month illegally?? Maybe that should be his first concern. You know, something he can actually do something about.

To keep you beyond that 3 days the rep of the governor is supposed to file for a court ordered hold.

but then it goes on to say that no one shall be kept without a court order for more than 60 days.

wait what? Gov can hold you for 3 days but gotta release you in 2 months unless they do some paperwork to “prove” you are a danger to public health. This is absolutely unconstitutional.
