*UPDATE : at 7:30am on 8/8 , I have the pleasure to announce that a friend of mine Geno a Native American Vietnam Veteran will be coming to bless the grounds prior to construction , opening ceremony isn't untill 6pm ...... The Huey should be flying in about 5pm as well , just so you all know ..

but feel free to some anytime , it will be open 24/7 ....... 8/8 6pm till 8/12 at noon

Huey will be there at 5pm on 8/8 (opening ceremony is 6pm on 8/8) ..... the abulance and half-track will be on 8/10 (saturday) from 9am-? he is volunteering his time and equipment and not sure when he will be leaving ......

Ive been CC-ing this whole time, honestly don't know , but have seen alot of OC while guys were helping out , alot of LEO's around too . I don't know what the "official" is , wasn't able to find an answer either way.

from what i can tell its a county place (government) and this function is "leased" to my 4-H Group for this event and we don't mind at all (i for one encourage it) ..... so OC should be just fine , though i wish i could be more concrete on that

I believe we'll be leaving INDY at 9am so 10-1030 and i posted the wrong picture... This is the current configuration. The background is B/W as it makes it hard to see the thing against the grass and trees.
