I like your choices, Nagant is a good olé gun.Going with guns I own here,
Rossi wizard .223
Pros: stocky, reliable, versatile round for many applications
Cons: single shot action limits you significantly, depending on how you want to use it.
Mossberg 500 12 ga.
Pros: tough design, tough round, tough to beat for whatever use you put it towards.
Cons: limited capacity, Ammo takes a lot of space, limited range
Mosin Nagant 7.62x54r
Pros: reliable action, economic, big ol' bullets
Cons: 5 round capacity, heavy, loud
This is my opinion based on my experience.
HAHA well its true I am selling some items, but new to the forums as well. I like the gun convoys too, so getting the hang of it. Thanks for the replies.
Although a bit disappointed in the lack of reasoning behind people's posts. So those mod you who did reply, share some thinking behind your choices.
I like to hear reasoning, so here is my post:
1. Remington 700, probably .308 for the versatility for hunting larger game (although I know there other calibers are available that might be more suitable for this, just my reference I guess)
2. Remington 870, who doesn't love a pump shotgun, again reliability and versatility.
3. Ruger 10/22- love mine, can't imagine not putting it on the list.
I'm thinking based on what I could afford and would be willing to spend on a firear
