Yep, I'd been taking it at least 6 months prior to getting COVID. My case was pretty severe even with plenty of vitamin D in my system (as well as zinc, vitamin C, quercitin and more).
Same here. I'm of the belief certain genetics are affected more than others. The only person I know who's had it worse than me is my older brother...

I believe mask wearing has become something of a lifestyle for some people. Even when restrictions are completely gone there will be some who will wear a mask for the rest of their lives in public from fear.

I welcome it. It'll be nice to see idiots identify themselves for the rest of us so we can steer clear.

Yep, you still see them riding around in their car by themself wearing one, or walking outside and no one around. It is kind of crazy.

Been taking vitamin D since before this type of info came out, then boosted when it did. I have a scientist friend that jokes I have expensive pee, but his family gets sick so much more often than we do…
He’s kinda right about the expensive pee. If you take megadoses of certain B vitamins you know what I’m talking about. It’s called vitamine pee. It’s bright yellow, almost neon yellow.

You pee out what your body doesn’t need. So if you can figure out what you need you can save yourself some money. I have an old fart’s multivitamin which has a recommended dose of 3 per day. I’ve kind of worked out that I don’t really need 3/day. Alternating 1 and 2 per day seems to work just fine. But I take some extra D because the lower dose of Multi’s doesn’t have enough D. The K and zinc is pretty much right though. And then I can stretch out a bottle of multi’s.
