Allison pays less, but we'll pay the difference in Insurance benefits. Allison has the same contract Rolls had, so we know what we have there for benefits, bonuses etc.
He was also told Rexnord has contracts coming up soon. Rumor is they are hiring heavy to get the "new guys" to vote the way the company wants then they will be laid off shortly thereafter. Calls confirmed from inside, they are heavier with people than anyone every remembers.

been going in early and leaving late everyday this week
