Maybe he is one of those converted gays...

So is the Washington Post going to investigate the rumors of Barry's alleged escapades at the gay bath houses in Chicago and membership in the group for married men struggling with their sexuality?

Probably not, since he's a lame duck and not virulently anti-gay like Rubio. The hypocrisy is the potential story, not the homosexuality.

Not saying Rubio is gay or even bisexual. But this wouldn't surprise me. More than once, I've seen the most strident crusaders against gays and other assorted "immorality" get caught peeking through the hole in the bathroom stall when they thought no one was looking.

He should firm up his conservative hetero credentials immediately by selecting Josh Duggar as his running mate. :):

Oh for **** sake, this guy is an idiot

Yeah! Bring the power of the government in to make him stop saying mean things! ****ing birthers.

Labels sure do make it easy to dismiss people, democrats love using them.

We're talking about an individual born in Canada, not on a military base or any US government installation, who's father was born in Cuba, and who has only renounced his Canadian citizenship a mere 2 years ago.

And you're really going to use the label of "Birther?" Suppose it's accurate, except it's not a conspiracy since it's open record he was not born here.

As far as the constitutionality of him running for president... The supreme court has never addressed defining a "Natural born citizen" and the constitution does not include a detailed explanation of it.
It's a perfectly reasonable argument unless your internal bias prevents you from thinking clearly. The issue should be addressed and a proper and clear definition needs to be assigned.

I noticed on a WaPo article the date was 1/21/2016. Why are we just now hearing about this? We've had two primaries since then.

I was surprised it was up at all. Seems like the kind of thing you would wait until he has the nomination and then drop it on the GOP.

Ted Cruz Is A 'Natural Born Citizen,' Board Of Election Finds

Nah man. Trump is a dullard. To read that tweet and take it seriously as you obviously are is easy to attribute to your "internal bias" for the guy.

The tweet reads as nonsense. "Stop running against me or I'll sue you, meanie!" Come on.

A board of election is not a court of law. They're hardly an authority on Constitutional matters.

If they find that he's not a "natural born citizen" they'll need to kick him out of the Senate. Since he never went through a naturalization process the only other way he could qualify for the Senate's citizenship requirement is by birth.

Playing with Presidential eligibility and "birther" nonsense as an argument point on Twitter is not a thing that serious people do if what they're saying has any substance at all.

If there was an actual question about Cruz's eligibility, Trump could sue and get it over with, get him disqualified.

No, it's just a fringe argument now (just like the Obama birthers).

It's also not worth any more keystrokes on my keyboard to discuss in a serious manner. It's a very unserious topic.

Yep. But a progressive libertarian can dream.

It's the modern age republican problem. Appeal to the moderates and you **** off the conservatives.
Yeah, I guess so. I'm hoping more can actually figure out that gay people can be conservative, too.

    Oh, and black people.

    Well, young people, too.

Conservativism should invite all people who don't think .gov needs any more authority.
